There are too many problems with this application for us to accept it. Rather than repeat the excellent comments my guildies have left, I'll simply say this: the time to gear up a character—to make it your main, to farm the things you can farm—the time for that is before you apply to a raid guild, not after or during. For the next guild you apply to, come to them with a character that shows that you've maxed out everything you can possibly acquire on your own, and I'm sure you'll have better luck.
