What's your name and where are you from? Katie, currently resident in UK Northern Industrial City

How old are you? Please give your answer in Reverse Polish Notation. ha! google is my friend! 4 9 x

How long have you been playing WoW? What experience do you have of endgame raiding? WoW Playing - since about a month after release, endgame experience rather limited due to general stuff, but as I'm not applying to raid I hope this won't affect things too much!

Is this your main? How often do you play this character? Tell us about your other characters, including any serious alts. This is my most played character of late. I had a serious WoW break shortly after BC was released when she languished unplayed for months. This is, however, the character I intend to be playing.

Of note, the only other alt worth a mention is my priest (shadow/holy), Allyenfa, who kinda retired some months ago having explored halfway through Ulduar.

What's your complete guild history, on this realm as well as any other? Why did you leave / are you leaving your current or previous guild?
Guild history, eh? Well, let's see - there was DeathJesters on Agrammar (later with amalgamations of other guilds to become Deathcore) where I started off with work friends, then crossed server (way back in 2005ish) to Defias and joined The Pact with a group of friends from Ultima Online days (including Myssa). Since then, I levelled the priest on Azjol-Nerub in the company of Denathos and Myssa. I had a bit of a break from the game, then decided to level the druid but have been guildless for a while.

Provide the names of some people we can get in touch with in-game as references. Please note that references are required: give names of characters on other realms, if necessary. If you know anyone on the Path, either in-game or IRL, mention that here also.
Denathos, Myssa, Savian

What is your role in raids? How do you judge whether you're doing a good job or not? I have DPS'd and healed, but probably irrelevant as I'm not applying to raid.

Describe your choice of spec, how you came to your current build, and any other things you feel we should know about why you spent your talent points the way you did.
Feel free to look - at times I may have put them in rather haphazardly, but they can always be reviewed.

Where do you go to read about your class outside of the game?
I've been known to peruse elitistjerks, I'm more likely to talk to people who do perform well and ask for feedback than rely solely on reading. Again, academic as not a raiding application.....

Roleplaying Section: End your application with a short in-character biography, a note from your character to the officers, or other RP story or RP statement about yourself. Effort is much more appreciated than length or content, and your application will not be considered without it.
Waking early in the morning, Amushka gathered her belongings, creeping as quietly as a 7 ft, hooved bovine could around the camp, timing her movements to the snores and grunts of her camp-mates to disguise any noise. It had all seemed such a good idea in the beginning, leaving home on exciting adventures, fighting for the rights of the creatures of Azeroth, every recruit or creature saved a thorn in the side of Nesingwary and his cohorts. Now, far away from home, shivering in the barren tundra, Amushka sought escape from the fanatical zealots of D.E.H.T.A. having found their ideology lacking, and their violent approach unsavoury and distasteful.
Herbs, potions, making things better - those were things she liked and enjoyed - not that she hadn't stood her ground on numerous occasions traversing the lands in search of something for the soul.

Additional notes. Optionally, mention anything else you'd like us to know about your application.
I have a tendency to babble! (as I'm sure aforementioned people will vouch for ...)

Damn casuals are RUINING WOW. And you can ruin this guild, too. The only thing we ask of social members is that you stay reasonably active, make an effort to chat and get to know people, and come along to non-raid guild activities if you at all can. Whisper me, Zalmoxis, Ekhan, Denathos, Marrowchill, Narushka, Kainé, Gorganoth, or Savian for a ginvite.

Off topic: that's a whole lot of people with invite privileges...
