All I would say is that on a lot of fights, that snare is really useful, and represents a no DPS loss to you, whereas other classes have to reposition, change rotation etc. And if you maybe run without a warrior, expose armour is a real help not only to your DPS but also your fellow Melee players. But it sounds like you've thought about it and that's all I can ask for!

Have you checked our raidtimes? How do they match with your irl schedule?
Was about to ask you about your current level of hit as well but looking at your reforging and gemchoices it seems that you're on top of things.
But if you were to max Precison you'd already be there and could gem for agility instead, just a tip.
