What factors are in effect for your decision of Dodge and Parry, and why around the same and what are the advantages / disadvantages of them being uneven?

Though, for your gemming, I think you got your sockets a lil' wrong, but right gems. :D


I always mix up those 2.. i meant pure mastery in yellow and mastery+parry in red... :P
Well I'd like to have dodge and parry about the same so that when dodge or parry is on dr it won't affect my damage avoidance as much as it would otherwise.
